The staff are very good - the girl on Reception during my last visit was Reena and she is both efficient and cheerful. They have a five floor car park that can get full late evening - its not a problem as you can park on the street for free until 8 am next morning and then bring your car into the hotel car park. Parking outside on Friday is free all day. There are many shops in the road at the rear of the hotel including a 24 hour supermarket.
