And I can confidently say that this second visit was just as outstanding, if not even better! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special mention must go to the reception team—Mr. Rajab, Miss Reena, and Mrs. Jennifer—who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their professionalism, unwavering smiles, and constant attention to our well-being truly set them apart. Every day, they took the time to check in with us, making sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Such attentiveness and kindness are rare and deeply appreciated. The apartment we were given was simply perfect—spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, only better! The staff are very good - the girl on Reception during my last visit was Reena and she is both efficient and cheerful. They have a five floor car park that can get full late evening - its not a problem as you can park on the street for free until 8 am next morning and then bring your car into the hotel car park. Parking outside on Friday is free all day. There are many shops in the road at the rear of the hotel including a 24 hour supermarket.
