And I can confidently say that this second visit was just as outstanding, if not even better! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special mention must go to the reception team—Mr. Rajab, Miss Reena, and Mrs. Jennifer—who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their professionalism, unwavering smiles, and constant attention to our well-being truly set them apart. Every day, they took the time to check in with us, making sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Such attentiveness and kindness are rare and deeply appreciated. The apartment we were given was simply perfect—spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, only better! A huge thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Rassel and Mr. Nazim, whose professionalism and meticulous attention to detail ensured that our apartment remained immaculate throughout our stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mendis and Mr. Geimy from the luggage service. Their kindness and efficiency made our stay even more enjoyable. His professionalism, knowledge about the hotel facilities, and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. He took the time to answer all my questions, offering valuable tips on local attractions and making my stay truly memorable. Such dedicated service is rare to find. stayed at this apartment with my family of 4 and there was another family of 5 we had a 2 bedroom and they had a 3 bedroom apartment all rooms are big and had a large sitting area with a sofa bed The apartment came with a working fridge and washing machine the staff who are REENA, JENNIFER, RAJAB, GREMY were all so nice and helpful always greeted us with a warm smile supermarket and 24 hours shops nearby will book again MANY THANKS

I liked the apartment and the staff of the hotel The reception staff were so kind especially the lady Jennifer was so professional and kind. She used to check us every day to see if cleaning service is done or not, also if we need extra stuff such as extra bed which was introduced for free

The location is great considering that you are surrounded by many shops and supermarkets. It's also 20/30 minutes from the airport. The apartment was big and very clean. The staff was amazing: a special thanks goes to Jennifer, who checked us in and also gave us an upgrade.
